Item package has been opened, but disk appears as new, with no marks or scratches.     Ice Cube continues his winning streak as a likeable everyman in family movies with First Sunday, an initially silly, disposable comedy that picks up emotional power and authenticity by the second act. Cube plays ne’er-do-well Durell, an out-of-work Baltimore dad who needs over $17,000 to keep his ex from taking their son with her to Atlanta for good. Desperate to raise the cash but hamstrung by his self-defeating attitude and the criminal antics of his goofy sidekick, LeeJohn (Tracy Morgan), Durell gives in to temptation and decides he and LeeJohn should rob a church. The crime goes badly when it turns out a number of parishioners are in the building at the time, and a hostage situation develops. Events take a twist when the would-be thieves become the beneficiaries of Christian charity and forgiveness from the men and women they’ve kidnapped, and a bigger criminal is revealed in the congregation’s mix. A terrific supporting cast including Michael Beach, Chi McBride, Keith David, Malinda Williams, Loretta Devine, and Katt Williams bring strong humor and dignity to the film’s latter half, compensating for some unpleasant missteps (a pointless scene at a massage parlor) earlier in the story. Writer-director David E. Talbert is especially sharp during a spirited, gospel performance scene, which simply crackles on screen.

Where Does This Stuff Come From?

Most of the merchandise you see on my auction pages are liquidation buy-outs from major retailers like Best Buy, Target and Wal-Mart. The items consist of shelf pulls, customer returns and open box items. The items are described as accurately as possible. Almost without exception, you will save HUGE money over retail pricing on my items. In many cases, my prices (and most definitely my shipping rates!) are far less than other sellers here on Ebay. I believe in giving you the bargains that made Ebay so popular in the first place!   I also do a little housecleaning of my own at times, and will put children’s designer clothing or other items my own family has out-grown.   Finally, I am happy to sell YOUR items for you on a consignment basis, as an Ebay Trading Assistant. My commission schedule is VERY competitive!.

Auction Sales Policy:

Your bid is a contract - Place a bid only if you're serious about buying the item.  If you are the winning bidder, you will enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item.    If I am unable to establish contact with the winning bidder within 3 days of the end of the auction or if payment is not received within 7 days, item may be offered to the next highest bidder or re-listed at the sellers sole discretion.   NON PAYING BIDDERS WILL BE REPORTED TO EBAY FOR DISCIPLINARY ACTION.

Shipping Policies and Details:

·        All shipping originates from 07005 or 08830 zip code.  Shipment will be either DHL Ground, FedEX Ground or USPS. The auction listing states the method used.  Orders are generally shipped on the day after full payment has cleared. I try to ship daily, and my feedback reflects my speed in shipping.

Payment Details:

Paypal; PayPal is the preferred payment method, and is now the preferred method of payment on Ebay. Ebay no longer allows payment via check or money order. Cash; If arrangements have been made for an item pickup (surcharges may apply), payment must be made in cash at the time of pick-up.

I try very hard to accurately list my items. In most cases, I will use a stock photo of an item so that it is represented properly. If there is anything wrong with an item (cosmetically or functionally), I will tell you. If you have any questions about an item, please ask BEFORE placing a bid. If you receive your item and it is not as I described it, CONTACT ME right away, and let’s make it right. Any refunds issued will be in the amount of the item cost only. Shipping charges are NON-REFUNDABLE, and I do not pay return shipping costs unless the item has been grossly misrepresented by me..   All requests for returns MUST be made within 5 days of receipt. Where applicable, I have recorded serial numbers of items I ship.   If an item is listed as UNTESTED or AS-IS, there are no returns of any type, so please bid accordingly on these types of auctions.

Feedback:

This is very dear to me… Many sellers will wait for you to post feedback, and then post similar feedback in return (positive for positive, negative for negative, etc.). Ebay has changed their feedback system, barring sellers from leaving negative feedback at all…. Even for the bottom feeders who do not pay. So, you will either receive positive feedback from me, or none at all.   Here’s my philosophy: Your obligation in this transaction is to make a timely payment once the auction ends. That’s when I leave you feedback. If you don’t pay, I file an NPB (Non Paying Bidder alert) with Ebay. If - after 8 days from that filing – you still have not paid, Ebay is notified, and further action is taken by Ebay. Typically, your account is suspended.   Ebay once was a very cool venue, but there are elements out there who have changed it and made it very uncomfortable for a lot of us. I will do my part to see to it that the dregs of Ebay are removed.
